Musee de la civilisation Package

corps rebelles

The Musée de la civilisation is characterized by its innovative and daring outlook. It defines itself as a seat of knowledge and ideas, a museum endowed with valuable collections, an education centre and a living memory.

An exhibition and a work in itself

Rebel Bodies is a true invitation to discover contemporary dance as a universal language, to explore the codes, inspirations, and its potential to unify cultures. The exhibition presents universal content with both a Québec and international flavor, and uses an immersive museographical approach – in interaction with the public, choreographers and dancers in residence.

Rebel Bodies is divided into six themes to help the public understand how dance (movement) embodies the individual’s relationship to the environment and society:

  • The Urban body
  • The Multi-body
  • The Atypical body
  • The Natural body
  • The Political body
  • The Virtuoso body

Dance – a mirror of life, where the body becomes democracy, understanding and empathy.

The World of Michel Tremblay, and Encounter with the First Nations. The Discovery Zone, worshops and guided tours are also available.

Our Museum package includes:

  • Guestroom for one night
